Our founder
Maya Viswa founded RareFluence in 2023, with a vision to create intentional spaces where individuals could reconnect with their unique potential, build meaningful relationships, and embrace personal growth. Amidst the hustle and bustle of London, she was driven to help people slow down and connect through creativity, storytelling, and purpose-driven activities.
Since then, Maya has grown RareFluence from a boutique social club into a dynamic consultancy offering corporate training, life coaching, and bespoke networking events. Drawing on her MSc in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and her expertise in public affairs, performing arts, and cultural intelligence, she designs transformative experiences that inspire change.
Maya has delivered high-impact presentations at KPMG London, the Association for Conflict Resolution New York, and beyond. She also serves as an independent conflict advisor to one of the world’s largest nonprofits, shaping advocacy and dialogue strategies. Her international background, having lived in Singapore, the US, and the UK, brings a global perspective to her work. Through RareFluence, she continues to champion the power of intentional connection in navigating today’s complex world.
